I had the good a fantastic night in Cairns at the Shangri La Hotel last night. 'The Impossible Dream'...the story of Jose & Margarita Paronella and their life from their beginnings in Spain to the building of their dream...Paronella Park. The dinner/ theatre is a 'must do' for both visitors and locals. Its funny, heart warming, inspiring and just fabulous!!
