Had a lovely day at Paronella Park yesterday. We headed off with rain jackets and borrowed umbrellas and had a great time. The rain had enhanced the Park with everything looking so green and fresh. Dean was our tour guide and did a great job informing us of Jose Paronella's story.........and its only a short drive from Mission Beach!

My Uncle went out fishing with Alistair from Dunk Island Sportsfishing yesterday and had a fabulous day. They went out to the Reef and caught many different types of fish, including the yummy nannygai that we had for dinner last night! I wonder what he will catch today????? Had a delicious lunch at "Off the Rails" in South Johnstone this week. I can definitely recommend the Bruschetta with avocado and roasted vegetables!
