Australian-Italian Festival 2010

Less than a 2 hour drive from Mission Beach is the Australian-Italian Festival 2010 - Held at the Ingham Showgrounds on the 14th - 16th May. We have copies of the Preliminary Program here at the Info Station so please come in and get one if your interested!

Cairns Wildlife Safari Reserve

Had a great time at the Cairns Wildlife Safari Reserve yesterday. We started the day off at 8.30am with Breakfast with the Beasts, and then followed the feeding times around the park. Despite the on again off again drizzle we all enjoyed our day. For more information come in and see us here at the Mission Beach Information Station.

Jetty's Restaurant & Wine Bar

Went to Jetty's Restaurant & Wine Bar last night and had the most wonderful dinner. The food was just delicious. They currently have a special running 7 days a week, 3 courses for $35.00. Three of our party last night ordered from this menu and were raving about the food, so I suggest you check them out next time your deciding where to go out in Mission Beach!

Mission Beach Community Arts Centre

Mission Beach Community Arts Centre (MBCAC) is holding its first election of a Management Committee at C4 7pm tonight, Monday 19th April 2010. It is a very important asset for the community and needs 7 willing committee members. Please come along - join and nominate yourself or another to help complete this centre (expected March 2011).
