If you live in or are visiting Mission Beach then its worth going for a drive to look at the fabulous Christmas Light displays. Some people have gone to a lot of trouble to make their houses incredibly festive. Last night I went for a walk around South Mission Beach and there are 2 houses in particular who look just wonderful. Get out there at check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Aussie Drifterz offer tubing on the Behana Creek. If your staying in Mission Beach then its about a 2 hour drive to Cairns where you can meet up with Peter for a great afternoon drifting along in your arm chair or donut tube. It's stinger season in Mission Beach, so remember if you want to swim then be safe. There are two stinger enclosures set up, one in South Mission Beach near Beachcomber Coconut Village and one in Mission Beach near Castaways Resort & Spa. If your swimming outside the enclosures then please make sure your wearing a stinger suit...........and have fun!
